Jet Setting to Leopardonia in 2012...

Hey Dolls!

So we've been away for a while but hopefully not for too long.  We've been working on this post for so many days now (blogging is not easy!) but finally its ready.

As we prepare to say farewell to 2011, we thought we would JET into 2012 by CELEBRATING diversity, and saying THANK YOU to as many of our followers and readers as possible by putting you on the MAP!

In 2011 we have stayed on our home soil of the UK but in 2012 @dearLeopard hopes to visit at LEAST one of the above countries represented in the pics above!

We've thought about what we envisage when we think of the United Arab Emirates, the USA, Japan, Brazil, the Caribbean, India and Russia & have created mini image boards of how we would Leoparize ourselves in those countries.

We decided that we would...

• Rock a Leopard Hijab in UAE
• Model a gorgeous Leopard Bikini in the Caribbean
• Peek through a Leopard mask the the carnival in Brazil
• Warm ourselves with a Leopard Ushanka in Russia
• Traditionally sport a modern Kimono dress in Japan
• Treat ourselves to a Leopard Turban in India
• and Play the role of the PROM QUEEN in the USA.

Make a Statement for *NYE*

Hey dolls,

So Xmas is over in flash as usual & now its time to be thinking about what you are going to do for New Years Eve & most importantly WHAT you are going to wear!

We have picked out some of our favourites from an independent online Jewellery retailer "Evol Heist".  Evol Heist deserve to be showcased for NYE.

Merry Christmas Leopard Lovers!

Merry Christmas Dolls & Dudes!

So today is a day of celebration for many, where family, friends and those nearest and dearest to us get together to eat, exchange gifts and enjoy each other's company.

However dearLeopard just wants to remind you all, including ourselves, not to forget the real reasons why we are celebrating this day.  We wont go into anymore detail than that as we're sure you are all aware of the sentimental reasons behind us celebrating Christmas.

Melanie Amaro Wins Xfactor USA

You know, we didn't really follow Xfactor USA too much this year but we did see Mel's "Listen" and "All I want for Christmas" performances and !!!My Gosh!!! wasn't she FAB!  We have never heard anybody cover that better, Mariah Carey surely should be proud.

The winning lady most certainly was WINNING in her Leopard print skirt!  Once again Leopard WINS!

Stylish Stocking Fillers...

Depending on where you are in the world, there is approximately 2-3 SHOPPING days left to get your pressies.  Stuck for ideas? Well here is what we wouldn't mind finding in our Christmas stocking.  Hopefully our list will give you some ideas of what to get for your loved ones or even yourself...

Today dearLeopard are celebrating the global and cultural fact the Leopard Print Translates!

Shilpa Shetty, Kelly Rowland, Emma Roberts and Kimora Lee Simmon Hounsou perfectly demonstrate how Leopard Print cuts across cultural boundaries!

In our opinion, anything that can cut across cultural boundaries and bring us altogether is precious and is certainly worth our time!

As Kimora would probably agree, Leopard Print is Trendy in ALL corners of the world and most definately is Fabulous!

Kardashian's Love Leopard!

We are BIG fans of the Kardashian's here @dearLeopard.  However we are also an even BIGGER fan of the gorgeous sisters because it's clear to us that the Kardashian's LOVE Leopard!

Delicious Nails

Hey dolls!

We just had to create this collage of delicious nails.

A couple of months ago we were watching the amazing videos on YouTube and there was this particular one about a pair of gorgeous shoes from Kim Kardashian's online shoe shop.  Well we absolutely love shoes here @dearLeopard but we were so distracted by the girls nail polish......the shoes sort of took a back seat.

So a couple a months later the lovely doll who was wearing the nail polish informed us that it was called "Topless & Barefoot" by Essie.  In the picture it looks beige but its like a cross between pale pink and beige....it is just too delicious, so of course we had to blog about it.  Essie do some absolutely divine colours and the names of the polishes is just the best!

So as this is all about nails, we thought we would find some further inspiring nails from YouTube and include them too.

Also as Xmas is approaching, those sparkly tips are Lush.  We would team the sparkly tips with a snow leopard print garment.

There is only one thing we must do now and that is "grow our nails" so that we can fabulously flaunt the designs above.  Oh we can already tell that this is going to take a while!  But for now we will oogle at all of your talented designs and dream of the day we can join you you :)

All Black Everything?

NOPE! Not all black everything LOL.  Not on this occasion, Sorry Jay-Z!

So yesterday was all about the ladies and yes we got a little selfish.  So today has got to be #MensDayWednesday but not without a little bit of Leopard.

The above outfit is inspired by the Jay-Z, Rihanna & Kanye West trio with their Run The Town song.

Personally we think those Louboutin's are just "to die" for!  BUT don't get it twisted guys ;) this post maybe for you but.......Who Run the World?

Opposites Attract

We know, we know! "Isn't that just true beauty?" Yes you're right, that's why we're bloggin about it today.

Both of these models look absolutely gorgeous and we're not just talking about the leopard garments :p 

The tanned beauty on the left is everything you expect a Supermodel to look like, angular; slim and legs from here to as far as the eye can see.  And doesn't she wear that swimsuit well.  I wish I had a vacation to go on because believe me I would so rock that suit with belt an all.

Don't you just love leopard and gold together?

Take the model on the right, you know she looks HOT in that leotard!  Us girls are forever going out with no jacket or coat, so I guess you could call her outfit a winter warmer LOL.  It does have long sleeves! Does that not count for anything?

If nothing at all, both ladies show how Leopard can look good on:

1. Curvy OR Straight ladies
2. Tanned OR Pale skinned ladies
3. and using Just a little bit OR a lot of Leopard

Either way, opposites attract!

Leoparize this Xmas

It's that time of year again...do I hear jingling bells?  So what are you asking for, hinting for or even buying yourself?  Well come on, we are all for "independent women" here at #dearLeopard but seriously, December has to be the month to be pampered and spoilt. 

1. Write post-its and stick them everywhere
2. "Accidentally" drop that Pressies for Self Shopping List where the bf, fiance, hubby or whoever will find it ;)
3. Search the Internet for the thing you desire the most and leave the page up "Ooopsie!" LoL
4. Failing the above......just say "to hell with it" and follow Beyonce's INDEPENDENT lead

Remember, no wardrobe is complete without a little bit of Leopard print.  Actually NO wardrobe is EVER complete, but it definitely is not a wardrobe to ever brag about if there is absolutely no Leopard Love.

So if your going to do anything this Xmas, don't forget...don't just accessorize, Leoparize!
